Head Spa Therapy Appointments
For the best experience for those with excessive oil and dirt, please be sure to wash hair at least 3-5 days before your appointment. An excessive product build-up fee will apply.
Head Spa Experiences are finished with a towel dry and leave-in conditioner. Microfiber drying caps and/or blow dry services are available at an additional charge. Note: This is a blow dry finish, not a blow-out or styling option.
Service Denial Conditions
To maintain the quality and safety of our services, we reserve the right to deny service under the following conditions:
- Excessive Build-Up: Services will be denied if there is an excessive amount of dirt, dandruff, or product buildup, including gel, hair spray, or grease. Please ensure your hair is pre-washed before your appointment.
- Scalp or Hair Disorders: Services will be denied if there are signs of severe hair or scalp conditions such as folliculitis, ringworm, psoriasis, or seborrheic dermatitis. For treatment of these conditions, our Trichology services are available.
- Hair Extensions: Services cannot be performed on clients with certain hair extensions (Crochets, Micro-Links, Sew-Ins)
